Meal #10 - Tuna Casserole

Tuna Casserole from Dishin' with Dixie



Meal #10 of my Aldi 25 Experiment was my Tuna Casserole.  After a long day of Thanksgiving Eve cooking the last thing I wanted to do was make dinner.  I whipped up a batch of tuna casserole just after lunch and stuck it in the fridge until a half hour before dinner time.  Easy peasy.

Here's the tally:
Tuna - $0 (had it on hand)
Macaroni - $0.75
Soup - $1.19
Peas (1/3 of a bag) - $0.30
Cheese - $0.95

For a not so grand total of $3.19 for 6 big servings (that's $0.53 per serving)
